At Bark Woodworking, we take pride in our handcrafted products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item for any reason, we off a 60 day return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns
You may return any item within 60 days of receiving it, provided that:
• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• It is returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Custom or Personalized Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will gladly exchange it or offer a full refund.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable.
3. Ship the item back to us, and once received, we will process your refund or exchange.
